Development Committee

The Meeting approved the forming of this committee in 2026 in order to work towards achieving the following goals:

• Celebrate and sustain the century-old history of philanthropy which has allowed WMM to remain true to its Quaker roots and philosophy.

• Enhance the Meeting’s footprint in Quaker impact for worthy families and just causes.

• Provide the financial security necessary to accommodate the Meeting’s operating, capital and future costs.

• Build the endowments.

• Support generously Concord Quarterly, Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, and Westtown School.

• Empower the Meeting to fund projects beyond the immediate community to serve as outreach to local, national and international needs and concerns.
