Westtown Meeting House

Intergenerational Worship welcomes people of all ages into shared Quaker worship centered on storytelling and reflection. This is a wonderful opportunity for families, visitors, and all members of the community!

Please join us for Intergenerational Worship and a story celebrating the powerful voice of Amanda Gorman, the youngest inaugural poet in U.S. history. The story will share how Gorman's journey toward justice and equality is deeply intertwined with her personal story of overcoming a speech impediment. Despite facing challenges in speaking, she rose to prominence, using poetry as a tool for change and empowerment. Don't miss this to learn how Gorman's resilience and commitment to justice have shaped her voice and her impact on the world!
